2) All of our cigarettes are Native American made and sold by a store owned and operated by Native Americans from sovereign Native American territory. These cigarettes are sold locally to our Native American and non-Native American customers. This sale takes place in our store. You may pick them up in person or arrange for the method in which we are to deliver them to you. This is for your sole convenience only.

If you do not believe in the sovereign rights of Native American people and you are attempting to order cigarettes to trick us in any way, you may not order cigarettes from us. If you are not buying cigarettes for your personal use and you have any other undisclosed intentions, you may not order cigarettes from our store. Failure to inform us is against our terms of service.

3) If you are not legally allowed to smoke in your state, you may not visit our website, use any of our forms, or attempt to order cigarettes. We do not sell to minors.

4) If you are attempting to commit a crime, including attempting to purposely avoid taxation, you may not use this website. Please exit immediately. An example of a crime, is anything that breaks a law. For example, if you are an adult and are ordering cigarettes for a minor, you are breaking the law and our terms of service. You must inform us, so that we can cancel your account. You must exit the website immediately.

5) If you are a terrorist, you may not use our website. Attempting to commit terrorism is a crime, please exit the website and inform the appropriate authorities of your intentions. Failure to do so is against our terms of service.

6) You may only order cigarettes if you are legally allowed to do so. By using our website, you are making an agreement with us that your intentions are honest and fair and within the law.

7) You may only order cigarettes for your personal use. You may not resell our products or give them to any person for any other reason except for personal use. You may not give these cigarettes to minors, to people attempting to commit a crime (resale, terrorism, black market, exporting, etc...), to people involved in an investigation of any sort. You may not sell them on EBay. You must inform us if you are attempting to use these cigarettes for any other reason than your personal use so that we may cancel your account. Failure to do so is against our terms of service.

8) If you are a member of any governmental body or organization and you are ordering cigarettes as part of an investigation, you must inform us before you place an order. You must inform us by mail. You letter should include your name, your state, the name of the agency you are working for, the names of all individuals involved in the case, and clearly state that you are not ordering these cigarettes for your personal use. Failure to do so is directly against the Terms of Service and you are purposely deceiving us in an attempt to entrap us. We demand the right to know who is ordering our products and for what purpose.

9) The buyer agrees to make sure each and every purchase is legal. Though we do not report to any taxation or regulatory board, that does not mean there are no taxes due. It is illegal to purposely avoid paying taxes. Stay Informed! Your Attorney General can help you determine if you must pay taxes for out of state purchases.

In Summary

You must agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree and order cigarettes anyhow, you are breaking our terms of service and the sale is null in void. We reserve the right to demand the return of all of our products if they are being used in a way other than they are intended.
